I've worked for carriers and OEMs. Now I do this work for GCs, subs, and integrators who need it done right and don't want to add a full-time hire for it.
At AT&T I ran the vendor calls, kept construction dates aligned across three databases, and said no when the process called for it. Then I owned the decision.
Before a crew rolls, I confirm the site is ready. After the work, I verify the closeout for the proper information and photos and pass or fail it. At AT&T that meant corrective actions tracked in Swift Trac, a post-repair review, and sending the vendor back when the work didn't meet standard.
Crews don't like paperwork and the office doesn't like chasing it. I set up the daily field report and closeout templates to match the customer's format, build the photo and test checklists, and automate the handoff with n8n, ClickUp, and Google Workspace. I built the NETWERKS64 bundles the same way.

Point person between the vendors, the stakeholders, and the RF/RAN team on the AT&T side for anything site related: outage requests, operations tickets, site concerns. Reported to my manager and the director on anything that was a concern or could become one. Mid-Atlantic mobility and modernization projects.

Multi-year, multi-vendor program. I built the weekly status and the reporting framework leadership used to make calls, set the metrics and process for vendor outage ticket requests, and stood up the site audits.
An app that gets the change order signed before the extra work starts. Contractors write the scope, get the client's signature on screen, and share a branded PDF of the signed order. Quotes, invoices, jobs, time, expenses, and payments sit in one place. Clients get their own portal to see signed orders, jobs, and invoices.
I built it solo on Lovable, set up Stripe billing, and ran a live payment end to end before launch.

A free, shared directory of organizations, programs, events, and awards for women in the trades and tech. It starts with telecom, wireless, and IT. I started the list in August 2026 and opened it to everyone after the Women of NATE Summit.
Anyone can add an entry through two Google Forms, one for organizations and one for women-owned businesses. New entries land in a review queue before they go in. Dropdown lists keep categories consistent, a tracker tab counts everything live, and formula checks catch duplicates and blank names.

Process first. Safety and standards are not optional. If a request doesn't meet the rule, the answer is no. Then I look for the middle ground that still gets the project done. Sometimes there isn't one, and it's a hard stop. On the mobility program, that meant holding vendors to the 5-business-day outage notice and sending requests back to be resubmitted when they didn't meet it.
